Gregg Allman Archival Release Looks Back to 1988

Gregg Allman will release the new DVD I’m No Angel: Live On Stage on December 11 via MVD Entertainment Group. The DVD captures an entire performance by Allman and his band at Nashville, TN’s The Cannery from November 1988. At the time Allman was touring in support of his 1988 album Just Before The Bullets Fly. In addition to that record’s title cut, the album features several songs from Allman’s 1987 comeback album I’m No Angel as well as a mix of Allman Brothers Band live classics.
Allman’s 1988 solo band included former Allman Brothers Band members Dan Toler (guitar) and David Toler (drums) as well as
Bruce Waibel (bass), Tim Heding (keyboards) and Charles “Chaz” Trippy (percussion).
