Relix Premieres Track from Forthcoming Mike Dillon Album
On September 25, Royal Potato Family will release the next record from Mike Dillon. Urn sees Dillon (Garage A Trois, The Dead Kenny Gs, Les Claypool, Critters Buggin) draw together a new collection of New Orleans based players. The Mike Dillon Band, which also features Carly Meyers (Trombone, Moog Taurus Pedals), Adam Gertner (Drums), and Cliff Hines (Guitar, Bass and Keys) gigged steadily in early 2012 before entering the studio to record the nine tracks on Urn live to tape. Today Relix.com is premiering “Leather On,” one of the songs from the forthcoming release, with the stream now available in our audio section.
