Gregg Allman, My Morning Jacket, Bruce Hornsby, Warren Haynes and More to Perform Levon Helm Benefit Show

Gregg Allman, My Morning Jacket, Bruce Hornsby, Warren Haynes, Joe Walsh, John Mayer, and Ray LaMontagne are among more the musicians who will pay tribute to Levon Helm at a benefit concert taking place October 3 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ.

The concert, dubbed “Love for Levon,” will raise money for Helm’s estate and the Midnight Ramble concert series. Additional performers include Mavis Staples, Joe Walsh, Lucina Williams, Jorma Jaukonen, Robert Randolph, John Hiatt, Patty Griffin, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, as well as the Levon Helm Band. Don Was and Larry Campbell will serve as the evening’s musical directors.

Tickets go on sale August 29 via Ticketmaster.
