Garcia/Grisman, Alternate Garcia / Grisman and Hi-Def Folk Released on Acoustic Oasis

David Grisman’s Acoustic Oasis, the online complement to his Acoustic Disc label has just released three notable recordings. First up is the HD version of 1991’s Garcia/Grisman which presents all nine tracks from the Grammy-nominated album in a new high-definition (24 bit, 96 khz) format. _ Alternate Garcia / Grisman_ offers nine previously unreleased alternate takes on this material, once again in high-definition. Hi-Def Folk presents 14 tracks culled from the various projects produced by Grisman over the years, with appearances by Garcia, Doc Watson, John Hartford, Del McCoury, Andy Statman and many others, in 24 bit, 96 khz. Hi-Def Folk will be followed by Hi-Def Jazz, Hi-Def Bluegrass and Hi-Def Dawg, with the full details and track listings yet to be announced.
