Phil Lesh Announces Show in Honor of Jerry Garcia

Bob Weir is spearheading a special performance in honor of Jerry Garcia on Friday night and now bandmate Phil Lesh will offer his own tribute. This coming Wednesday, the 70th anniversary of Garcia’s birth, Lesh will host a birthday celebration at his Terrapin Crossroads venue. He will be joined by John Molo, Jackie Greene, Mark Karan, Grahame Lesh, Brian Lesh and Ross James for this event, with tickets on sale at the Terrapin Crossroads box office.

Is there something going on at Sweetwater too? This is a very cornfusing posting. You say Bobby is spearheading a gig but then Phil is playing at Terrapin? HUH? Hopefully there will be something with everyone in joyous yet very sad rememberance!
