Chris Thile and Brad Mehldau Announces Dates

Punch Brothers mandolin wiz Chris Thile and jazz pianist Brad Mehldau have shared the stage a few times over the years, including a prominent gig in London in late 2011. In early 2013, the strange-bedfellows will hit the road for a series of joint performances. As of now, the busy musicians have confirmed collaborative shows in Durham, NC, College Park, MD and Chicago. Mehldau will perform at Gent, Belgium’s De Bijloke Muziekcentrum Gent on July 6 while Punch Brothers will appear at Roskilde, Denmark’s Roskilde Festival the same day.
