Album Premiere: These United States – These United States
On June 12, These United States will release their fifth studio album via United Interests. Ahead of its release, the group is offering a full stream of the self-titled album, which features members of Deer Tick, Langhorne Slim, Phosphorescent and more. Frontman Jesse Elliott—a direct descendent of Johnny Appleseed—drew inspiration for the album from his experiences on the road over the past several years. Preview the album in its entirety below.
These United States have toured with Trampled by Turtles and the Heartless Bastards this year, and will also serve as the direct support for Willie Nelson’s show in New Haven, CT next week. The group plays at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, NY tomorrow night as part of the Northside Festival.
