Gregg Allman Update

Gregg Allman is recovering from a slipped disc that forced him to miss The Allman Brothers Band’s performance at New York’s Beacon Theater on Sunday. According to a statement from the band issues to Rolling Stone, “Gregg is returning to his home in Savannah for evaluation and treatment. His condition is currently day to day, and he expects to meet all his confirmed obligations.”

The Allman Brothers Band’s upcoming shows include headlining appearances at Live Oak, FL’s Wanee Festival in April and Scranton, PA’s inaugural Peach Music Festival in August. The Allman Brothers Band is also slated to tour with Santana last this year.
