DelFest Finalizes Lineup

Béla Fleck, Railroad Earth and Leftover Salmon have joined the lineup for the 5th annual Delfest. Other new additions include: Luther Dickinson and The Wandering, Darol Anger and the Furies (feat. Brittany Haas, Maeve Gilchrist, & Emy Phelps), Sara Watkins, Greensky Bluegrass The Devil Makes Three, Della Mae. Madison Violet, Sleepy Man Banjo Boys and ORBO & The Longshots.

Fleck will play two shows: one with Alan Bartram, Jason Carter, Ronnie McCoury and Danny Paisley and a second with The Marcus Roberts Trio. DelFest will return to Cumberland, MD from May 24-27. In addition to event host The Del McCoury Band, the festival’s previously confirmed acts include Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers, Yonder Mountain String Band, Sam Bush Band, The Travelin’ McCourys, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Keller Williams, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, The Infamous Stringdusters and Emmitt-Nershi Band, among many others. Williams will also join Travelin’ McCourys for one of their sets. The two Americana/jam acts are currently working on a joint studio album. DelFest will also feature workshops and a variety of other festive activities.
