Wakarusa has announced its third and final round of artists for this year’s festival, taking place May 31 – June 3 at Mulberry Mountain in Ozark, Arkansas.
Some of the artists announced today include The Avett Brothers, Sightly Stoopid (2 sets), Matisyahu, Ghostland Observatory, Tinariwen (2 sets), The Travelin’ McCourys, The Travelin’ McCourys featuring Keller Williams, Perpetual Groove (2 sets), EOTO, MarchFourth Marching Band (2 sets), The Devil Makes Three, Split Lip Rayfield (2 sets), New Monsoon (2 sets), The Motet (2 sets), Hot Buttered Rum and more. Check below to see the full list of confirmed artists.
About this year’s impressive lineup, festival director Brett Mosiman tells us:
“Wakarusa has never been about the size of the buzz, the next big thing, what some label is pushing or what’s hot on radio, as much as who is incredible live, who brings the passion who will connect with the fans and who will blow minds…We constantly adjust offers to maintain balance and harmony in the day to day stages and the overall lineup. The final lineup is like a collage or quilt of each year’s event and should scream brilliance or we have failed.“
