Dawes and Blitzen Trapper To Join Forces
Dawes is currently on the road supporting Alison Krauss and Union Station, with a performance this evening at New York City’s Beacon Theatre. Looking ahead, however, the group, has just confirmed a extended series of dates with Blitzen Trapper. The co-headlining tour will open on October 7th in Petaluma, CA at the Mystic Theatre and cross the country before heading back to the West Coast. Tickets will go on sale this Friday August 5 and both bands will be offering a free six-song EP available for download, with three songs from each band. Last month, ATO Records released the second album from Dawes, Nothing Is Wrong.
