Three Thousand Days for Mercies

Three Thousand Days, the debut album from Mercies is set for an August 9 release. The project is a collaboration of Josh Rheault and Sammy Dent. Rheault had been touring regularly with The Dear Hunter, while Dent also gigged with the group in 2006 and 2007 but had since focused on his work as a freelance composer. This past winter the pair transformed an old barn into a recording studio and began work on would become Three Thousand Days. The song “Bird of Prey” premieres today on Relix.com.
