Panic en la Playa Expands to Second Resort, Tickets on Sale Today

Between January 31 and February 4, Widespread Panic will perform what might well be its final shows before a 2012 hiatus. On these dates the group will host Panic en la Playa which will take place at Mexico’s Mayan Riviera. Previously, capacity had been capped at 1,000 with all accommodations at the Now Sapphire. However, sister resort Now Jade has become available and an additional 1,000 folks will be able to attend. In addition to two sets from Widespread Panic each evening, a variety of daytime activities will be available. Rooms can be booked today through the event website, starting at noon EDT.
