More MGMT Dates in August

MGMT has announced the addition of two shows leading up to their appearance at this year’s Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Both shows offer fans rather intimate settings in which to see the band: Pozo Saloon in Santa Margarita, CA on August 7 and the Henry Miller Library in Big Sur, CA on August 10.
Tickets for both shows go on sale this Wednesday, June 15 and can be purchased here.
In conjunction with the shows, the band has also announced the creation of its fan club, The Funzone. Fans who purchase The Funzone Welcome Package receive a one year subscription to the club which entitles them to exclusive vinyl, contests and early access to ticketing for MGMT headlining shows (excluding festivals). The package also contains several exclusive merch items, including a personalized membership card with your name on it as well as your join date.
Check out whoismgmt.com for a preview of the exclusive merch offerings and more info.
