My Morning Jacket Shares Live Music While Awaiting Studio Album

The new My Morning Jacket studio album is due in late spring. Entitled Circuital it was recorded in the group’s native Louisville, Kentucky (the state where MMJ will next perform, at the University of Kentucky’s Memorial Coliseum on April 17). To celebrate the new disc’s release, over the next six weeks the band will offer up a series of free downloads. The first five will be drawn from the group’s performances at New York’s Terminal 5 this past October, starting with a version of “Butch Cassidy” (which is currently streaming on Relix.com). The final download will be a new song from Circuital.
