Wilco’s John Stirratt and Pat Sansone To Release New Autumn Defense Album

Wilco’s bassist/co-founder John Stirratt and multi-instrumentalist Pat Sansone will release their fourth Autumn Defense full-length, Once Around, on November 2 on Yep Roc Records. The songs off the new album have been described by management as “filled with late ’70s-tinged AM gold, all draped in melodies that seem to have always existed, resulting in songs that feel as though they’ve been floating on clouds, patiently waiting for their turn in the sun.”

The side project and creative outlet of the two Wilco members will debut a lot of its new material at the Solid Sound Festival on Sunday, August 15. Autumn Defense is currently planning out an extensive tour, so stay tuned for more updates.
