Warren Haynes’ iPhone App
A new iPhone application will help guitarists who aspire to play like Warren Haynes. The new app offers instruction for five songs from the new Gov’t Mule album By A Thread. “Broke Down on the Brazos,” “Railroad Boy,” “Frozen Fear,” “Gordon James,” and “Forevermore” are all available for study and practice with a focus on Haynes’ solos, the rhythm guitar tracks and an “open chords” alternative for beginners. Other features include: translucent hand images for each chord, a multitouch chord trainer, a just chords option, a tempo slider and more. The program can now be found in the iTunes App Store.
