Levon Helm Will Ramble for the Sheriff

The Levon Helm Band is in Toronto tonight for a show at Massey Hall. The group will remain on the road through an July 11 appearance at the Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest. Then over the weekend of July 16 and 17 the group will perform two of its Midnight Rambles. The first of these, on Friday the 16th, will serve as a benefit to raise funds for the re-election campaign of Incumbent Ulster County Sheriff Paul Van Blarcum. The show will kick off at 7:30 and no comps or guest list will be available for this show. Kenny White will then be on the bill for the Ramble on Saturday the 17th.
