Gregg Allman Will No Longer Perform at Crossroads
As expected, the Allman Brothers Band will not perform at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival this Saturday. Gregg Allman had a successful liver transplant yesterday and has postponed all his immediate tour plans. Clapton’s Chicago festival was the Allman Brothers Band’s only confirmed show this summer.
Though the Allman Brothers Band will not perform at the festival, The Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi Band will still perform at the event. The musicians will also take the stage with Warren Haynes and other guests for a special set of music.
