SIRIUS XM’s Grateful Dead Channel to Broadcast Furthur’s Cornell Performance

SIRIUS XM’s Grateful Dead Channel will broadcast Furthur’s performance at Ithaca, NY’s Barton Hall live this Sunday. Barton Hall, which is located at Cornell University, hosted one of the Grateful Dead’s most famous shows in 1977. The Grateful Dead played Barton Hall again in 1980 and 1981 and Phil Lesh co-headlined the room with Bob Dylan in 1999.

Before the live broadcast, Dead experts David Gans and Gary Lambert will lead listeners through highlights of the 1977 Cornell show The concert will air live on Sunday, February 14 at 7:30 pm ET.
