Civil Twilight’s Steven McKellar, Andrew McKellar and Richard Wouters grew up in South Africa. A few years ago they relocated to the United States, eventually landing in Nashville where they met Kevin Dailey and completed their quartet. The group’s third full-length is set for release later this year but they offered a taste of what’s to come when they visited the Relix office for this performance of “When When.”
