Watch Pearl Jam Debut a Suicide Cover at Pemberton Fest

Pearl Jam’s headlining set at Pemberton Festival in Canada this weekend was highlighted by a cover of Suicide’s “Dream Baby Dream,” played as an intro to their own “Wishlist” and just days after Suicide member Alan Vega passed away.

The Seattle rockers are typically on point when it comes to tributes as they previously honored Prince with some kind words about the late musical icon and then injected a bit of his “Purple Rain” into their “Yellow Ledbetter,” making it the most colorful song mashup ever.
