Metallica, The Strokes and More Set for Lollapalooza Brazil, Argentina and Chile in 2017

Lollapalooza will bring their festival once again to South America in the spring of 2017 with three stops in Brazil, Argentina and Chile featuring headliners Metallica, The Strokes, The Weeknd and The xx. 

The sixth edition of Lollapalooza Brazil will take place on March 25 and 26 with an undercrd that includes Cage the Elephant, The 1975, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Glass Animals and more. The fourth annual Lollapalooza Argentina will stop in Buenos Aires with a similar lineup on March 31-April 1 that also includes Silversun Pickups, GRiZ and others while Lollapalooza Chile rounds it out on April 1-2 in Santiago with a similar lineup and two artists to be announced in the coming months. 

Metallica will tour around their forthcoming effort Hardwired…To Self Destruct, due out in November. Meanwhile, The Weeknd will make his first appearance in South America supporting his new effort Starboy, which features a Daft Punk collaboration.
