Relix Umphrey’s Week Day 3: A Look Inside Ryan Stasik’s "Office"

As we lead up to the release of our March issue with Umphrey’s McGee on the cover, each day until February 28 we’ll be sharing a new piece of exclusive Umphrey’s content. On Tuesday, we offered the cover image along with an excerpt of the story written by Richard Gehr. Yesterday, we offered video of guitarists Brendan Bayliss and Jake Cinninger performing the first-ever acoustic rendition of “Booth Love.” Today, we are proud to share a look at bassist Ryan Stasik browsing through the new issue from the humble confines of his “office.” Watch Part I and Part II in our Artist Exclusive Video Section.

In addition, be sure to check out the acoustic version of Booth Love as well as the cover story excerpt. Check back tomorrow for more special Umphrey’s content!

As a fellow Baylor Law alum (‘95), your post gbruoht back many good memories of law school, including those Big O’s at George’s. The siege on the Branch Davidian compound began and ended my first quarter at Baylor, back in 1993. I skipped Property class to watch news coverage of the fire. Then in April of 1995, law students watched coverage of the Oklahoma City bombing from the student lounge. Congratulations on your 10-year anniversary.

Abby,First off, I love all your pictures and yalaws enjoy reminiscing about the great experiences Umphrey’s and live music in general provide to us! Of your top 15, I have to say that #15 is my favorite. Not only is is a beautiful shot, but it also reminds me of how badass UM fans are! I have met some pretty amazing people through live music and I think UM fans are the BEST. This photo only solidifies everything I love about UM, UM fans and live music. Thanks for doing what you do! \mm/
