I am a die hard fan of Phish but… I definitely like Mike Gordon more when he doesn’t talk. His sense of humor is more awkward than comical. And some of his work outside Phish has been hit or miss. The Leo Kotke stuff was out of this world, but most of his solo stuff doesn’t have much talent or imagination to it. And He always comes off so pompous too!! I can’t take his weird attitude anymore. The dude needs a publicist!! Or a better one for that matter…

MGB is way better than TAB. Excited for this new stuff. Thought the video was hilarious, love Mike’s sense of humor. Can’t believe anyone would think his music lacks imagination.

I saw MGB at The Met in Pawtucket RI last year and it was one of the most energetic and fun shows I have been to in years. Best side project of any band I have ever seen. Scott and Mike have an amazing chemistry on stage. It’s funky, weird, heavy, indescribable and just down right fun!
