Premiere: John Denver Tribute- Brett Dennen and Milow "Annie’s Song" (Video and Audio Stream)

On April 2 ATO Records will release The Music Is You: A Tribute to John Denver. Here is the premiere of the first track released from that record. Just in time for Valentine’s Day, it’s Brett Dennen and Milow performing “Annie’s Song.”

I really did like that. Young audiences will relate well too it and that is what the project is all about! I hope you guys will do another. (You guys would slay ‘All of my Memories’)

I grew up listening to John Denver (seriously, look at my name). The guitar is beautiful, but I’m sorry to say that Brett’s voice is not tuned to sing tribute to John Denver. They should have let Milow sing lead on this. I’m sorely disappointed and my outlook for the rest of this album is waining.
