Bob Weir with Tim Flannery and Lunatic Fringe: Four Songs at Sweetwater

Since today we’re highlighting clips of Grateful Dead members sitting in with other groups- see Phil Lesh with God Street Wine, here’s a look at Tim Flannery and Lunatic Fringe with Bob Weir on Friday night at Sweetwater Music Hall. Flannery is the San Francisco Giants’ third base coach and this show was a benefit for Bryan Stow, the Giants fan who was beaten at Dodger Stadium in 2011 (and still faces medical issues). Here’s a look at the first set. Weir emerges at the 43 minute mark for “Catfish John, “ “Peggy-O,” “Friend Of The Devil” and “The Weight.”
