An All Good Music Festival Playlist

It’s almost time for the All Good Festival’s 16th year! The festival and campout will take place in Thornville, Ohio from July 19 to 22 and it is sure to be an amazing experience. This year’s line up will not disappoint with performances by music legends such as Phil Lesh & Friends, Bob Weir & Bruce Hornsby, and The Allman Brothers Band. But what about the other artists on the bill, you ask? Let me assure you, you don’t want to miss them either. Let this list be your guide to the ten artists you’ll want to check out during your adventure at All Good.

“All Washed Up” by Tea Leaf Green
Hailing from San Francisco’s Bay Area, band members Scott Rager, Josh Clark, Trevor Garrod, Reed Mathis, and Cochrane McMillan make up the adventurous and playful rock band, Tea Leaf Green. Known for their amazing live performances, their performance of “All Washed Up” is no exception. The jamband plays with such spirit, it’s almost impossible not to smile and nod along.

“Cosmic Pulse” by Elephant Revival
“Cosmic Pulse” is a perfect introduction to Elephant Revival’s transcendental folk. All five of the band members are multi-instrumentalists and contribute vocals and songwriting, which creates songs with a complexity that is both haunting and beautiful.

“Low 4” by Moon Hooch
Spawned from New York City’s subways, Moon Hooch has left the underground scene for aboveground concerts and festivals. The trio, consisting of Wenzl McGown and Mike Wilbur on tenor saxophone and James Muschler on drums, has developed its own style of dance music called Cave Music. “Low 4” is exciting, wild, and sure to make you get up and dance.

“Lionhearted” by The 4onthefloor
The 4onthefloor is a band of four who keep perfect 4/4 time. The rock song, “Lionhearted” from their new album 4×4 proves that 4onthefloor is anything but a bore.

“Meditation Blues” by Rumpke Mountain Boys
Rumpke Mountain Boys molded their own style of bluegrass and jamgrass into what they call “Trashgrass,” but the song “Meditation Blues” is anything but trash.
