Heartless Bastards, “Only For You”
The Heartless Bastards are experts at making classic rock songs with a soulful tinge.
The tracks off of Matisyahu’s upcoming album will make for a mostly upbeat set at the festival. The lead single, in particular, sways heavily towards electronic pop.
The Lumineers, “Stubborn Love”
The Lumineers are gaining traction with their eponymous debut that came out earlier this year. Their folk songs are powerful and poignant.
Marco Benevento, “Fireworks”
Known for his virtuosic instrumentals and collaborations, Marco Benevento is a must-see at High Sierra. “Fireworks” is one of his most recent and sunnier numbers.
Deer Tick, “Miss K”
This is a particularly light and catchy example of Deer Tick’s alternative country sound.
