I actually agree and aredgise. I agree because i feel as though adults should be able to make their own decision and that goes with the principle autonomy. People should not have to do things they dont want to or cant afford. Then again i do believe that it would be okay because it would make everything organized and healthcare is very important to our country. Hospitals arent suppose to discriminate based on how much money you have but they do and if issue 3 was in effect then it would probably cut discrimination because everyone would be forced to pay.
