Bootsy Collins was only 18 years old when he joined James Brown for this performance which ran on Italian television in 1971. This spring Bootsy will release his latest studio album, which pays tribute “to the people that were influential on creating the funk as we know it today.” Guests include Catfish Collins, Samuel L.
