A Very Cornmeal New Year’s

Photographer Norman Sands made his way to Durty Nellies in Palatine, IL to celebrate New Year’s Eve with Cornmeal. He writes, “Raging with Cornmeal on NYE is hard to describe in words. The way they started the New Year and the second set with the cover For Whom The Bell Tolls and made it their own. To the Encore of their own original When The World’s Got You Down into REM’s > It’s The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine). Is something you had to experience to believe.”

Great shots, Norman! Finally, a good shot of Chris Gangi in the light.

One of the best Cornmeal shows I’ve seen. Was a total blast raging it at Durty Nellies, drove all the way from KY for it!
