The Radiators Jazz Fest Fairgrounds Farewell

The Radiators, who traditionally close out the last day of Jazz Fest on the Gentily Stage did so this year again. What made this year so special is the fact that the Band has announced that the Radiators will no longer be touring beyond June of this year. The band was joined by many special guests including Warren Haynes and the Bonerama horns for this historic Fairgrounds set.

Mike Conlan May 18, 2011, 02:06:32

to RR- maybe next time you make a comment as brash as that you could let us know who you are instead of hiding behind a bunch of misnomer bs :)

Yea that looked pretty brutal. You really have to thank him for FORMING one of the greatest live bands of all time. I’ve been a hardcore fan for 20 years now and I stand behind any decision that the proffesor makes. Regardless of the feeling of loss, I can understand where he is coming from. At least he didnt try to just fake it for a few more years and let the music suffer. He is going out on top of his game. The band is playing better than ever and still pulling out surprises even this close to the end. God bless Los Radiators!!

Hey Mike Conlan- I didnt hide behind any misnomer BS on purpose.. my name is Marcus Barre and I posted my original thought and then realized it was a little harsh…. so I corrected it. There are alot of emotions flying around right now. Mine have run the gamut from distempt, saddness and thankfulness and my late night post above represents that. See you at the Last Watsui.

Beautiful pictures, but what about Frank?

Marcus Barre May 18, 2011, 15:01:24

See I am feeling distempt and that isnt even a word. Seriously im am thankful for the New Orleans Radiators, dont get me wrong since Conlan called me out on my initial knee jerk reaction.

@ RR – Thanks Zeke for forming and creatively and consistently, writing and delivering what has become in many respects the soundtrack to my own life. You are an innovator, a prophet, and most importantly an educator; bringing far reaching horizons to my early Gratefully boxed history – Be well boys, we shall Watusi in Second Line as a family next month. Ok, it has leather, and suede so that rules out the washing machine right off the bat. Also, since it’s a purse without meant to go in to the washing machine, I can pretty much inform you right now if you do that, you are going to be able to shrink your purse. Take it to your cheap beats by dre dry cleaner OR unless you want to pay the money get an amount of detergent and mix it with warm water, take a soft sponge or perhaps a washcloth and clean it by had, making sure that your rag or sponge is DAMP not soaking drenched. You don’t want to soak the purse, just get it damp enough to clean it. Then either leave it inside sun to dry or work with a blow dryer on that cold setting. Or just put in somewhere at your residence for it to sit for awhile until that dries. A Coach purse in the washing machine?! Jesus girl are you from your Christian Louboutin mind??! NO, it is not so to machine wash!! Take a baby wash and wipe the beyond it to get this clean. either that, or take it for being dry-cleaned or to a leather cleaner. God, i would never put my coach, or any of the other designer brand purses for example, in the washing machine. either i’m just beyond their budget maintenence or you’re only too cluless. don’t wash it while in the washing machine. you have to hand wash them all. you can either assume to a cleaners or you possibly can take a damp soapy magazine and wash it on your own. Call Coach and buy one of their suede leather clean-up kits. That should work. But never put an authentic designer handbag in the washing machine. Take it to a pleasant dry cleaner & ask them about the simplest way to clean. They can help or head to a repair shop pertaining to leather, etc. They will know very. Dan McCarney at Iowa State Belstaff jackets outlet. In his last 6 years at Iowa State, they went to 5 bowl games. Firing Solich was a poor idea, but would probably appear better in hindsight whenever they had hired somone halfway respectable to replace him. I don’t know Much about college football head coaches other than what I’ve learned/read the past few years. But, Solich went 10-3 this season, and you’re right, it was ridiculous. Jeff Bower was just fired at Souther Mississippi once bringing the Golden Eagles in order to 11 bowls (6-5 report). Sorry I didn’t give you an exact answer, but it’s something.
