As musicians and fans everywhere mourned the 20th anniversary of Kurt Cobain’s death yesterday, the tributes poured in from nearly everyone who took the stage last night. Last night during her show in Chicago, Annie Clark (St. Vincent), paid tribute to the fallen idol with a version of Nirvana’s “Lithium.” Watch the replay below and also check out twenty great Nirvana covers in honor of the 20th anniversary of Kurt’s death.

Another, more personal tribute, came in yesterday as well. Dave Grohl’s Foo Fighters took to their Facebook page to post a picture of Kurt with a link to The Beatles’ “In My Life,” a song that was widely known as one of Cobain’s favorites. The song was also played during his funeral. Nirvana will enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Thursday and the surviving members will also sit down with Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday for an interview.

Muse also took time to pay tribute to Cobain during their set last night at Lollapalooza Brazil, delivering their rendition of “Lithium.” Watch the replay below.
