Watch: Noel Gallagher Talks Fistfights with Liam, Also Performs on ‘Late Late Show’

James Corden continued his impressive slate of musical guests last night as Noel Gallagher sat for an interview and a performance. While the performance of “Lock All The Doors” was its typical rocking self, Gallagher’s interview really shined (as always) as he talked on a variety of topics including the departure of One Direction’s Zayn Malik, which Gallagher had some hilarious advice for in a recent interview. “They’ve only got at most five years left,” Gallagher said. “He should just stay on the back, smoke weed, get laid and collect the check.”

The topic then shifted to the breakup of Oasis and the infamous backstage fistfights between Noel and brother Liam. When asked who won between the two, “It was pretty even towards the end, but I did leave on a high.” Sitting with Pete Holmes and Hannah Simone, Gallagher also discussed his love for hot dogs, or “hot dog sandwiches,” as he called them.

Gallagher then took to the stage with his group High Flying Birds for a performance of the Chasing Yesterday standout “Lock All The Doors.” The band will perform later this weekend at Governor’s Ball in New York City. Watch all segments below.
