Poor Joel Cummins, who recently just got out of a six-year side project, is really trying to land on his feet. It’s not going well. He spent one night with The Disco Biscuits’ Marc Brownstein and was looking for more but came on a little strong. Kids, in the days of voicemails answering machines actually having to call someone landlines, this was a real struggle. That dreaded second beep was the difference between happily ever after and dating your laptop for another six months.
