While Dave Grohl and the rest of the Foo Fighters weren’t able to take their rightful spot on one of music’s biggest stages this weekend due to Grohl’s broken leg, Glastonbury replacement Florence and the Machine did their best to incorporate some Foo material during their headlining set. About halfway through her set, Florence Welch stopped to mention Grohl and wish him the best in his recovery.

“We would like to dedicate this next song to the legend and all around incredible human being, Dave Grohl,” she said to a raucous applause. “He was so incredibly kind and supportive to us when we were first starting out, and we were so sad to hear he broke his leg. Dave, if you are listening, we love you, we all love you and we hope through the Glastonbury laylines this gets to you and you feel better.”

Florence and the band then launched into an intimate, touching rendition of the Foos’  “Times Like These” with Welch dominating the vocals like only she can. Watch it below.
