Watch: Dallas Mavericks Coach Rick Carlisle Sits in with Bruce Hornsby

The other night at the House of Blues in Dallas, Bruce Hornsby welcomed out old friend and head coach of the Dallas Mavericks Rick Carlisle to play some piano on “Rainbow’s Cadillac” in the encore. A quick YouTube search will reveal that Carlisle has sat in with Hornsby in the past and it’s easy to see why–Coach Carlisle can really play. Now, if Carlisle’s negotiating skills are as smooth as his piano skills, the Mavericks will have no problem retaining divisive point guard Rajon Rondo.
In case you forgot, Hornsby’s son Keith led the LSU basketball team to the NCAA Tournament this year and even hit a crazy game-winner against Arkansas.
