Broken Bells, better known as The Shins’ James Mercer and producer Danger Mouse, will release their sophomore album After the Disco on January 14. The duo is also in the process of rolling out a short film that bears the same name. Part one, billed as the prologue, set the scene and now the second part has picked up where it left off.

Acting as the video for the first single, “Holding On For Life,” the second installment of After the Disco features Anton Yelchin and Kate Mara’s characters aboard some sort of extraterrestrial vessel when Mercer and Danger Mouse appear and throw a wrench in everything thanks to their hallucinogenic drug.
