Video: Queens of the Stone Age’s Josh Homme Talks Grammys, New Kyuss

In the midst of a co-headlining tour with Nine Inch Nails, Josh Homme took some time to answer fan-submitted questions for Faster Louder, an Australian music site. Throughout the nearly 12-minute video, Homme answers questions about the response to Queens’ latest record …Like Clockwork as well as other trivial topics such as his favorite flavor of ice cream

The tangible moments include his candid response to a question about his former band Kyuss. In 2012, Kyuss member Scott Reeder along with Homme filed a lawsuit against their ex-bandmates alledging trademark infringement and consumer fraud after the other bandmates reunited as Kyuss Lives!. A judge ruled in Homme and Reeder’s favor.

Of course, a question about the “Grammy debacle” had to be addressed, and once again Homme lent more towards the candid side, saying he would “play anywhere” and “doesn’t care about the drama.” Following the performance, which was woefully cut short by the producers, Homme took the stage with his band and had some rather unkind words to say about the show and Imagine Dragons. To that, he simply says (like most of us would), “I was really drunk.”
