Knoxville, TN folk rockers Cereus Bright take on the Bee Gees’ classic “Stayin’ Alive” in this new video, replacing the classic disco instrumentation with folk arrangements.

On the cover, singer Tyler Anthony said that, “Stayin’ Alive” is a fantastic song to cover. It’s fun, and recognizable, and everyone has heard it but very few people have taken the time to listen to it. It’s not just a upbeat pop song, but also a song about confidence, fear, death and identity, all built on solid melodies. In other words, it’s a good song, and it deserves to be listened to. Plus, it gives us an excuse to play disco, so it’s a win-win.”
