As Team Umphrey’s McGee readies for their Reel to Real show on January 1 in Denver, which will highlight the group’s career through various footage over the years, they have shared some snippets of what’s to be expected, including this video of the band on stage in Connecticut in 2003 playing to a crowd of one.

Surely this just appears to be a soundcheck and an educated guess is that this footage is from the band’s June 8, 2003 show at the Woodbury Ski Area as a part of the Groove Reggae Festival. Still, Umphrey’s McGee has come a long way since the Woodbury Ski Area Reggae Fest.
