Tim Reynolds Shares His Favorite DMB Songs

Dave Matthews Band guitarist Tim Reynolds shared his favorite DMB songs via a Spotify playlist. Reynolds is a longtime collaborator with the band as well as Dave himself, performing multiple times as an acoustic duo over the years. Among the selections in Reynolds’ ten song playlist include a couple of classic cuts from the band’s first record including the instrumental “#34” and “Rhyme & Reason.”

The surprise of the playlist comes in the form of “Stolen Away on 55th & 3rd,” which DMB hasn’t performed since 2008 and is the lone track that Reynolds didn’t contribute to in the studio, spawning from 2005’s Stand Up which didn’t feature Reynolds. Speaking of Dave and Tim, the duo will perform a pair of acoustic shows in New Orleans on January 15 and 16. The band recently recorded their 2009 album Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King in New Orleans, and those sessions produced the track “Little Red Bird,” which Reynolds features below.
