Black Simon & Garfunkel returned to The Tonight Show last night as Kirk Douglas and Questlove delivered their Simon & Garfunkel version of pop hits. This time, there was a twist as the real Art Garfunkel joined the duo for the chorus of The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face.” As they do with every performance, the trio capped it off with the harmonies to “The Boxer.”

Also of note last night, guitarist John Scofield sat in with The Roots throughout the show. Guitarist Kirk Douglas took to Instagram to share a picture of the two backstage, saying, “As far as birthday gifts are concerned, it’s kinda hard to top a guitar lesson from John Scofield.”
