Stream Ryan Adams’ Punk Rock _1984_ Now

Rob Slater on August 26, 2014

As Ryan Adams readies for the release of his latest solo effort (the self-titled effort is due out September 9), the singer-songwriter has made his punk-tinged EP, 1984, available to stream now via YouTube. The album was initially released as an exclusive 7″ on his website and has since sold out, but those of us who couldn’t snap up a copy can now experience Adams wailing away on nearly 30-minutes of hard rock and roll.

Lately in the world of Ryan Adams, when he isn’t setting pinball high scores of course, he’s playing “Wharf Rat” for a group of kids, performing on The Tonight Show with his band The Shining and being haunted by Elvira in the video for “Gimme Something Good.” All in all, just a normal week for Mr. Adams.
