Southern Soul Assembly at City Winery (A Gallery)

Over the weekend in New York City, a service was held for the late Allen Toussaint in Washington Square Park, with the proceedings led by the Jambalaya Brass Band as New York paid homage to the legendary New Orleans musician. That night at City Winery, Southern Soul Assembly hit the stage for two shows. Anders Osborne, JJ Grey, Luther Dickinson and Marc Broussard delivered an intimate evening of storytelling and songwriting. Dino Perrucci shared some photos from the day.
