You may have heard that Umphrey’s McGee recorded a new version of the theme song to the ESPN show Around the Horn. Well now, the panelists on the show are taking the UM spirit to heart as Tim Cowlishaw of the Dallas Morning News threw up some impressive rock hands during the show yesterday. Nice form, Tim, and way to rep the official house band of the show. Listen to the new take on the theme music below.

If you recall, Cowlishaw shared the stage with the band prior to their show at the House of Blues in Dallas back in April. He introduced Umphrey’s prior to them taking the stage. Watch that, along with “2nd Self” below.

The next day on the show, Cowlishaw recapped his experience along with some encouraging words from Brendan Bayliss before taking the stage.
