Ohio State University Marching Band Pays Tribute to Michael Jackson

The Ohio State Marching Band offers one of the most famous rituals in sports, and that of course is the dotting of the “I” during their Script Ohio ceremony. During the halftime performance of OSU’s 34-24 win over Iowa, the band took the field to pay tribute to Michael Jackson in a way no others have before. Creating a MJ-like figure (complete with the signature white glove), the band literally moonwalked across the field while playing a medley of The King of Pop’s greatest hits, delivering a performance even Michigan fans will applaud.
