Listen: Kurt Cobain Covers Beatles’ “And I Love Her”

On April 24, the definitive Kurt Cobain documentary Montage of Heck will hit select theaters. We’ve already seen a host of special clips from the film, including an intimate Nirvana performance, various drawings and illustrations from Cobain’s personal notebook, as well as Frances Bean Cobain’s first public comments about her father. The Nirvana frontman’s daughter teamed up with director Brett Morgen for an unprecedented look into the short life of the brilliant musician.
Now, the latest clip to surface comes in the form of a special Beatles cover from Cobain, as he takes on the band’s track “And I Love Her.” This may be the rawest take you’ll ever hear of the Beatles’ 1964 hit. Listen to the cover below.
