Jon Batiste, Roy Haynes and Buddy Guy Play NYC (A Gallery)

Tuesday night in New York City saw a variety of special events taking place as the new Late Show bandleader Jon Batiste led his band Stay Human through the streets of Williamsburg to celebrate the announcement. The band started at Bedford Avenue and made several stops along the way including a Mexican restaurant and bodega. Meanwhile in Manhattan, Roy Haynes performed at Blue Note Jazz Club and the legendary Buddy Guy kicked off a three night run at B.B. King’s. Dino Perrucci shared some photos from the day’s festivities.
